Details: This patient desired a natural appearance to her nose without a “worked-on” look. She requested her bridge be lowered (i.e. hump removed) on side view with her tip slightly rotated up as well. Additionally, her tip was a little full or “bulbous” and she desired more slimming in this area as can be seen on front view. An open Rhinoplasty was performed to accomplish these goals. Additionally, she desired more lift to her lower chin/neck area. A small incision was made under her chin to remove her deep chin fat as well as tighten her muscles with a platysmaplasty.
